Species lists
City of Gold Coast (City) has developed lists of all flora and fauna species recorded within the Gold Coast, including native and introduced species.
The lists were compiled by City conservation officers, with support from local experts and naturalists, the Queensland Herbarium and community representatives.
They provide detailed information about Gold Coast plants and animals including genus, species, common name, and legal status. Click on the following links to download these lists:
Species listed as city-wide significant (CWS) for conservation within the Flora and Fauna Database reflects the most up-to-date list.
